Notice of Changes to the Execution Log Retention Period for the Community Plan

Thank you for using Cloud BOT.

Effective September 1, 2026, the retention period for execution logs under the free Community Plan will be changed as follows.

[Before]

Execution logs were retained indefinitely.

[After]

Execution logs will be retained for 90 days.

Starting September 1, 2026, for accounts using the Community Plan, execution logs and usage data older than 90 days from the execution date will be automatically deleted on a rolling basis.
