- In the month you upgrade to a paid plan, you can use the service free of charge for the first month.
- When upgrading your plan, the following month’s plan fee will be charged in advance.
- After that, on the 20th of the contract renewal month, the fee for the next contract period will be charged in advance.
* For annual contracts, the month in which you first upgrade to a paid plan will be considered the contract renewal month.
- Optional add-ons available at any time will be charged immediately at the time of use.
About subscription cancellation
- There is no minimum contract period; however, if there are any charges related to the use of the service (including scheduled charges), you will not be able to cancel until all payments have been completed.
- No cancellation fees or other charges will apply upon termination.
- As a general rule, we do not offer refunds for fees that have already been paid. Thank you for your understanding.
