Notice Regarding the Unification of Usage Units

Thank you for using Cloud BOT.

Cloud BOT plans to discontinue “execution time” as a usage unit and consolidate all usage under “transactions.

BOT execution: Uses execution time

Use of certain features (*): Uses transactions

 

- After the change -

BOT execution: Uses transactions

Use of certain features (*): Uses transactions

*Includes AI-related features and features that use external service APIs.

 

Around fall 2026

 

The purpose of this change is to enable BOT executions and features such as AI to be used under a single common unit.

Each plan will be allocated an amount of transactions equivalent to its current BOT execution time. This change in usage units will not reduce the amount of BOT execution currently available to you.

 

Further details, including the number of transactions allocated to each plan and the exact implementation date, will be announced once they have been finalized.
