Q.What are the operating requirements?

A.The system rquirements are as follows;

*Make sure that you have the latest version.

Q.What is the difference between free and paid plans?

A.There are differences in the amount of time that BOTs can run per month and the amount of storage space that can be used. In addition, some functions, such as scheduled execution and parallel execution of BOTs, are limited.

Q.I would like to downgrate the plan.

A.It is not supported in a current version.We plan to correspond it in a future update.

Q.What payment methods are supported?

A.The following payment methods are currently supported
- Credit card payment
- invoice payment (Only for plans with "system linkage" or higher)

A.All your Login ID and password are encrypted and stored on servers so that no one can access it except you.And your privacy information are managed that comply with the PrivacyMark System.

Q.What happens when you run out of run time?

A.BOT execution will be disabled. Currently, the execution time can be extended free of charge in 10-minute increments for free plans and in 30-minute increments for paid plans.
