We would like to inform you that the application previously provided as Cloud BOT Agent has been renamed Cloud BOT Gateway as of June 2026. This change affects the product name only; there are no changes to its functionality or usage.

There are no changes to functionality, pricing, or usage.
For Existing Customers
Current users can continue using the product without any changes. No modifications to settings or connection configurations are required.
We will gradually update manuals, user interfaces, and related documentation to reflect the new name, Cloud BOT Gateway. During this transition period, you may still see the former name, Cloud BOT Agent, in certain screens or documents. Please note that both names refer to the same product.
As the connectivity platform that expands the capabilities of Cloud BOT, Cloud BOT Gateway will continue to evolve with enhanced functionality and improved usability.
