December 10, 2025 Privacy Policy Item 9 we revised the wording related to the establishment and periodic review of our Personal Information Protection Management System, updating it to emphasize ongoing initiatives and the continuous maintenance and improvement of our personal information protection framework.
December 10, 2025 Handling of Personal Information - In the section “Requests regarding disclosure, etc. of personal information,” we added a statement specifying that responses will be provided within three business days.
Added a new section titled “Withdrawal of consent regarding the handling of personal information.”
Removed the section “Name of accredited personal information protection organization and point of contact for complaint resolution.”
December 10, 2025 Privacy Policy Item 10 and 11 In “10. Information on External Contractors,” we added the names of the companies providing each peer cloud service and their applicable jurisdictions. We also added kintone as a new entry.
In the same section, we added disclaimers regarding the use of external services for certain functions.
In “11. Information on Independent Reviews of Information Security,” we removed the reference to the PrivacyMark certification and added a statement that we are preparing to obtain ISO 27701 (PIMS: Privacy Information Management System) certification.
